What I Do
A home inspection is a visual examination of the readily accessible components of a home and its property.
The report describes those components, their condition at the time of the inspection, and comments on the need for repairs, maintenance, or further evaluation.
My home inspections are performed in accordance with the most recognized standards of practice in the industry.
While Rest Assured Inspection Services meets all of these minimum standards, they are exceeded in many areas.

Components and systems are described, safety controls and shut-offs are located, and findings are reported with suggestions for repair, maintenance, or further evaluation.
